beauty and health establishment "beauty and health establishment" means any premises that provide any of the following services or facilities or any combination of the following services or facilities: (a) massage; (b) herbal bath; (c) sauna; (d) spa, including hot or cold water pools; (e) gymnasium; (f) aerobics; (g) aromatherapy; (h) tattoo; (i) hair transplant or hair weaving; (j) body-slimming; (k) manicure and pedicure; (l) application of cosmetics or herbal preparations on the body or face; (m) physical fitness exercise, with or without equipment; (n) any beauty treatment or treatment for maintaining any part of the body or face; and (o) any activity or any other related activity as may be determined by the Commissioner; PU(A) 22/2003 - BEAUTY AND HEALTH ESTABLISHMENTS (FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR) BY-LAWS 2003 2.
